Postby Anna » Sat Jan 14, 2006 12:30 am

Monthly - the second Sunday of every month! - from February onwards! It's my pleasure to be able to present to you all three of my favourite bands of the moment - that's Rumble Strips, The Headlines and Horsebox!

Gimme your Pile and gimme your tail.

I live in New York, and I was thinking about the lagoon in Central Park, down near Central Park South. I was wondering if it would be frozen over when I got home, and if it was, where did the ducks go. I was wondering where the ducks went when the lagoon got all icy and frozen over. I wondered if some guy came in a truck and took them away to a zoo or something. Or if they just flew away.

i got secrets :) nothing confirmed yet.

yah i like envelopes - don't know about their london following - they're playing barfly in london on their tour if that helps at all! i guess i'd put them at about the young knives size. their new single was on 6 music yesterday afternoon and it was produced by james ford who did mystery jets album (amazing) and the arctic monkeys demos. their manager is called colin. this is all i know!

si connelly was really nothing special, good voice but... no originality. The wonderful infinitely talented David Ford however...

CONCLUSION: Helen should go to Anna's thing
