' BLASTS ON TUBES AND BUS
According to reports a bus has exploded in central London just minutes after a number of blasts on London's Underground.

"I saw lots of people running up a road and then saw the top of a bus destroyed," one eyewitness told Sky News. '

i SAID the metropolitan line would be the downfall of us all, and now look what it's done.
Gimme your Pile and gimme your tail.

I live in New York, and I was thinking about the lagoon in Central Park, down near Central Park South. I was wondering if it would be frozen over when I got home, and if it was, where did the ducks go. I was wondering where the ducks went when the lagoon got all icy and frozen over. I wondered if some guy came in a truck and took them away to a zoo or something. Or if they just flew away.

they think it was a power surge all across the underground causing electrical faults causing the explosions. BUT the bus was a bomb, so whatever caused the power surge probably wasn't an accident either

oh dear :(

hope everyone's ok... xx

What gives someone the right to blow innocent people up as they make their way to work on a Thursday morning?

This is a sick fucking world.

Glad London people have checked in ok.

oh that was just fucking HORRIBLE and wrong. the camera crew were filming people getting out of ambulances, and they were doing CPR on this one guy and he was covered in burns and the cameras didn't stop.

that's someone's fucking relative and they've just broadcast it on live tv.

I feel so so sick at the moment.

My sister is okay which is the most important thing to me.

But I feel sick. And angry.

Yeah, my sister is in the capital too. Luckily, her meeting wasn't until 11am, so she hadn't left the hotel.

I don't think any of us will ever understand why someone would willingly kill innocent people to prove a point.

a terror group linked toal quaeda have claimed responsibility apparently it is on a islamic website

http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,3 ... 65,00.html

I am just crying here, it is just so sad

I only spoke about this last night to someone about London being attacked by terrorists with bombs on the underground

I feel wierd about this cos I remember saying that me being scared of flying I would gladly go on concorde, as it had the safest flying record, a couple of days before concorde crashed!!

I did wonder when it would finally happen here in London though

I hope everyone on here is OK I am thinking all of you

This morning has been so horrible/surreal.

I was in a shopping centre when the news started to come through and literally everybody in there stopped and stood watching the news together.

I have been watching news solidly for the past 4 hours or so and cant believe it. My mum, dad, and brother are all in town (safe) and cant get home. Mum and Dad are attempting to walk home later - it's only 7 miles so not that bad. And I think my brother is staying at his office till very late and then coming home, so that he does tomorrow's work today and wont need to go in. They all called and checked in with me, and then my sister rang here to check for them! heh. I'm the communications point here!

The people responsible are fucking evil bastards who dont even deserve to live. And also, my respect for Blair has gone up too. And I'm very impressed with all the pre-planned strategies they had, as all seemed to have worked.

Now leave our city alone :(
